Daily Expectations:
- Keep office supplies, snacks, and beverages stocked
- Make sure everything in the showroom is neat and put away at the end of a work day
- Answer phone calls, process orders, take payments, restock inventory items, greet incoming customers, etc…
- Complete special duties given by management and assist the Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficient in general computer software ( Microsoft programs, social media)
- Working knowledge of the event industry
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Seeking Bachelor's Degree in event management industry, business administration, marketing, hospitality or closely related field
